An internal dues collection platform for a prominent Ghanaian organisation — member payment tracking, transaction records, and analytical dashboards that show financial standing at a glance.

MISSION OBJECTIVE — why this payload flew

The organisation was managing dues collection across a large membership base with fragmented tooling — spreadsheets, manual reconciliation, and no real-time visibility into who had paid, who hadn't, and where the money was. Administrators needed a single source of truth for the membership's financial standing.

I led the frontend for the entire platform — from the member-facing payment portal through to the administrative dashboards that surface dues positioning, settlement tracking, and regional analytics. The goal was to make the financial state of the organisation readable at a glance, not something you had to dig for. It's the same principle as a good observation log: if you can't see what's been recorded, you can't build on it.
