Ground support — how this station flies crews

FIELD LOG 05

A mission is only as good as its crew. On MentorMate's FernHealth flight I led the React Native migration that unified iOS, Android and web — and wrote the onboarding docs that had new engineers productive in under a week.

Direction matters more than tickets: I set the technical heading, then coach crews toward it — with LaunchDarkly guardrails making phased rollouts boring, the way they should be.

"Boring releases are the goal. Interesting is what happens when you skip the guardrails."
